Q: Why can’t I connect to Wi-Fi?
A: First, ensure that your Wi-Fi is 2.4G. Then check your router settings. The radio only supports WAP/WAP2 encryption protocols, so make sure it’s not set to WAP3.
Q: Why is the radio station taking time to load?
A: Due to background scheduling, the first time you listen to a radio station, it may take 10-30 seconds for it to load. The screen will display "loading" during this time. Thank you for your patience.
